Shavys offers genuine Baltic Amber jewelry sourced from Lithuania, as well as jewelry made from genuine leather and natural wood.

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, slight variations in color, shape, and appearance may occur due to the natural characteristics of the materials used.

3. Pricing

All prices displayed on this website are in Euros (€).

Shipping costs, if applicable, will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

4. Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.

5. Payment

6. Shipping and Delivery

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

In accordance with European consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing any reason.

The customer must return the products within 14 days after notifying us of their decision to withdraw.

Products must be returned unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, within 14 days after being informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that the goods have been sent back.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.

8. Returns and Refunds

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or does not correspond to its description, please contact us as soon as possible. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Belgian legal guarantee.

We may request photographs or additional information to assess the issue.

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

9. Legal Guarantee

Consumers are entitled to the statutory legal guarantee applicable under Belgian and European consumer law. For new goods, this legal guarantee generally applies for two years from delivery and covers a lack of conformity that existed when the goods were delivered.

Depending on the circumstances, the consumer may be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction, or termination of the contract in accordance with applicable law.

The legal guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper care or storage, or normal wear and tear.
